I was happy to meet Dr. Arun Gupta, the chairman and dr.Renu Gupta, the principal of MIER. My visit to MIER was as the distinguished speaker on"personal management for effective teaching." The volunteers of NSS stodd in two lines to greet me. I addressed nearly 300 students of MIER. No wonder the Hon'ble minister for education of Jammu, Jenab Abdul Gani MAlik appreciated the efforts of MIER  for improving  the quality of higher education of the state. Dr. Renu is set for promoting and maintaining quality education at MIER by using total quality mamangement system. She herself work with zeal, enthusiasm, dedication and total commitment. Let MIER be able to leave a great legacy to teh future generation.
