Delhi- Agra- Punjab trip with chettan and chechi - The dreams come true trip!

Murali Chettan's dream was to spend a full day in the Supreme court, observing and listening to the arguments of the supreme court lawyers on selected cases. Chechi's dream was to see the Atari- Wagha border parade. In between the two dreams were other plans such as visiting India gate, Taj Mahal, Golden temple and Durgiana temple, Dwaraka temple, Lotus temple, and the Kerala House. Staying in five star hotels was not our agenda although it happened through out our trip, the result of a firm decision by Sreekumar. Sreedevi was very particular to book only flight tickets for the trip to minimally reduce the travel discomfort of all of us particularly that of chetta with massive edema on his legs.  We tasted the food of Kerala House before reaching the Supreme court.  Balagopal, of the Reporter channel and former chief justice of Kerala, Justice Basant helped us to stay at the guest gallery to watch the proceedings of the supreme court that occurred in Court 1 and 4. We attended the hearing of two cases which were so relevant to Kerala-the Mullapperiyar case in the court of Chief Justice and Entry of women of all ages to the famous Sabarimala temple in court 4. In both of the courts, three judges were present.   April 13 therefore signified the realization of chettan's dream.  After visiting the India gate, we recessed at the Taj hotel. The next day we visited Rajghat. Agra was our next destination. Taj mahal and Agra fort hold unforgettable  positions in the history of India. We spent sufficient time in both these places.
